Terms of Service

1. Introduction

Welcome to Wudeep Studio. These Terms of Service outline the rules and regulations for the use of our services, including Custom Web Design, Local SEO, and our Metamorphosis Package. By engaging our services, you agree to these terms in full.

2. Payment Terms & Billing

To ensure a committed partnership, Wudeep Studio operates on a strict milestone billing structure:

• The Deposit: A 50% non-refundable upfront deposit is required to secure your project slot in our schedule and begin the initial design and development blueprint.
• The Final Payment: The remaining 50% balance is due upon completion of the initial project build. This final payment must be settled prior to the execution of the two (2) included project revisions and the final handover of the live site.
• Late Payments: Final handover, domain connection, and code transfer will not occur until all invoices are paid in full.

3. Scope of Work & Revisions

We value your time and ours. Each web design project includes two (2) dedicated rounds of revisions. A "round" consists of a consolidated list of edits provided by the client.

Any feature requests, design overhauls, or additional revisions that fall outside the original agreed-upon blueprint will be considered "scope creep." These additions will be quoted separately and billed at our standard hourly rate.

4. Client Responsibilities & Delays

A successful digital metamorphosis requires teamwork. The client is responsible for providing all necessary assets (text, branding, images, passwords) in a timely manner.

If project progress is halted for more than 14 days due to a lack of client communication or delayed asset delivery, Wudeep Studio reserves the right to pause the project and re-evaluate timelines.

5. Intellectual Property & Portfolio

Upon final payment, all rights to the final website design and code are transferred to the client. Wudeep Studio retains the right to display the completed project in our portfolio, case studies, and marketing materials to showcase our work.

6. Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Disclaimer

While Wudeep Studio utilizes industry-leading technical and local SEO practices, search engine algorithms are controlled by third-party entities (e.g., Google). Therefore, we do not guarantee specific search engine rankings, traffic volumes, or immediate ROI. SEO is a long-term, continuous process.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
